The articles shoud not exceed 25 pages (not more than  45 000 signs including the nots, bibliography and supplements)

Quoting inside the text: :

(Славейков 1980); (Славейков 1980: 393); (Balta and Ölmez 2011: 43–69).

Quoting inside the text should be done in the original language of the sources used.

 

Footnotes: Use the automatic function of Word to apply the footnotes. .They are mostly clarifications of the main text. If they refer to a scholarly work they follow the principle of quotation inside the text  (Славейков 1980); (Said 1978); (Balta and Ölmez 2011: 43-69).

Archival units are also given as footnotes and unified at the end of the text under “Archival sources” after “Bibliography”

Short quotations are put in brackets.

Longer quotations (about a paragraph) in the main text are framed with space before and after the main body text.

Illustations are submitted as separate files  – JPG или TIF with resolution at least  300 dpi.

In case of using graphics, tables, maps or pictures which are under authorship rights the author has to define the sources and aquire a formal agreement from the author of the material for its present usage.

 

Bibliography is divided into “BIBLIOGRAPHY: and “ARCHIVAL SOURCES”

The order is: full family name followed by full name of the autor.

Bibliographical entries in cyrillic should be transliterated into Latin.
